HOW TO PREPARE SHIRATAKI DRY RICE:
METHOD 1: HOT WATER
Add 1 cup boiling hot water per 1 cup rice. Cover & let stand until water is absorbed. Fluff and serve.

METHOD 2: BOILING METHOD
Add 1-1 1/2 cups water per 1 cup rice. Bring to a boil, cook 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat, cover, and let water absorb. Fluff and server.

METHOD 3: MICROWAVE OVEN
Add 1-1 1/2 cups water per 1 cup rice. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it stand until the water is absorbed. Fluff and serve.
