What is Shirataki Rice?
Shirataki rice is a plant-based rice alternative made from konjac root. It looks and is used like rice, but is made from plant fiber instead of grain.

Why is it different from regular rice?
Made from plant-based fiber, not grain designed as a modern rice alternative can be used in the same dishes as regular rice.

HOW TO PREPARE SHIRATAKI DRY RICE:
METHOD 1: HOT WATER SOAK
Put 1 cup Shirataki Dry Rice in a bowl and rinse briefly if desired. Add 1-1 1/2 cups boiling hot water. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Fluff. Ready to eat.

METHOD 2: COOK IN POT
Put 1 cup Shirataki Dry Rice in a bowl and rinse briefly if desired. Add 1-1 1/2 cups water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer until water is absorbed. Turn off heat and fluff. Ready to eat.

METHOD 3: RICE COOKER
Put 1 cup Shirataki Dry Rice in a bowl and rinse briefly if desired. Add 1-1 1/2 cups water. Cook as you would regular rice. When done, fluff. Ready to eat.
